Adding a custom message and using AI Review
Two optional tools live in the toolbar of the document editor, alongside Send for Signing.
Add a custom message
Available on Starter and Starter Team plans.
- Click Add a custom message.
- Type a personal note for your recipients — this is included alongside the standard signing email they receive.
- Click Save.
On the Free plan, this button is visible but disabled, with a prompt to upgrade.
AI Review
Get AI-generated feedback on your document before you send it.
- Click AI Review (you'll need to wait a moment for Inkless to finish reading the text out of your PDF first — the button is disabled until it's ready).
- Inkless analyzes your document and opens a dialog with suggestions for improving it.
Note: AI Review needs actual extractable text in your PDF — it won't have much to say about a scanned image with no underlying text layer.
Free plan: you get 2 AI reviews total. Paid plans: unlimited (within reasonable use).
