Accepting a team invite
If a colleague invites you to their Inkless team, you can join whether or not you already have an account — and you don't need your own paid plan, since access comes from the team's subscription.
Accepting from the email link
- Open the invite link from your email.
- If you don't have an account yet, sign up right there (email/password or Sign in with Google). Already have one? Click Already have an account? Sign in.
- Once you're signed in, Inkless finishes joining you to the team automatically and shows a confirmation.
- Your dashboard refreshes a few seconds later to load your new team.
Accepting while already signed in
If you're invited while you already have an Inkless session open, you'll instead see an in-app notification with Accept and Decline buttons the next time you're on your Dashboard.
Note: Clicking Decline only dismisses the notification for now — it doesn't cancel the invite on the sender's side, so you may see the same prompt again later. If you don't want to join, ask the team's admin to remove the invitation instead.
