Saving and reusing contacts
If you regularly send documents to the same people, Inkless can remember their details so you don't have to retype them every time.
Available on Starter and Starter Team plans.
Saving a contact
There's no separate "contacts" page — saved contacts live inside the recipient form you already use everywhere else in Inkless. When you add or edit a recipient:
- Fill in their name, email, and phone as usual.
- Check Save this recipient to contacts (this appears as Update saved contact if details changed if you picked them from an existing saved contact).
Recipients added through Bulk Send are saved automatically — no checkbox needed.
Reusing a saved contact
Next time you add a recipient, use the Saved contact search box at the top of the form and start typing a name, email, or phone number. Selecting a match fills in their details instantly.
Note: On the Free plan, this whole feature is locked — you'll see an upgrade prompt in its place.
There's currently no dedicated screen to browse, edit, or delete your saved contacts directly — the search box inside the recipient form is the only place they're used.
