A tour of your Dashboard
Your Dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It gives you a quick snapshot of your documents and one-click access to the rest of Inkless.
What's on the Dashboard
- Pending Signatures and Completed — counters showing how many of your documents are still waiting on a signature versus fully signed.
- Recent Documents — your 5 most recently active documents, each showing its title, when it was created, who's signed so far, and its status (Pending or Completed). From here you can jump straight to Resend pending emails or Download a completed document.
- If you haven't sent anything yet, you'll see a prompt to upload your first document instead.
Getting around the app
The left sidebar (tap the menu icon on mobile) is how you get everywhere in Inkless:
Swipe across to compare all plans
| Link | Takes you to |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | This page |
| Upload | Start sending a new document |
| Create Document Set | Start a document set |
| All Documents | Every document you've sent or received, with pagination |
| Templates | Your saved templates |
| Public Links | Your public signing links |
| Settings | Account, billing, team, and API settings |
In the top navigation bar, the profile icon (top-right) opens a menu with Sign out, and — if you're not already on the top plan — an Upgrade button. If you're part of a team, your team name and role also appear here.
The "Pending Signatures" banner
If you have at least one document still waiting on a signature, you may see a yellow banner at the top of your Dashboard reminding you to check your (and your recipients') spam folder for the signature email. It only appears a few times so it won't nag you — dismiss it with the × or the Escape key.
Custom branding
Click Set Custom Branding in the Dashboard header to add your company logo and name to the emails and signing pages your recipients see. This is a paid-plan feature — see Custom branding for emails and signing pages.
